Create your best future and join Commercial Banking Transaction Banking team as a Transaction Banking Manager.

Whats the role

Youll be the go-to expert for customers who want their money to move smarter. Partnering with Commercial Banking customers in the Chatswood region youll help them streamline cash flow and embrace digital transaction banking solutions that make a real difference to their operations.

This is a full-time role working closely with a connected national team while staying grounded in the needs of local businesses across Chatswood. Youll build relationships that matter shape practical solutions that support customers to thrive and have the freedom to explore innovative options simplify the complex and champion digital ways of banking that feel effortless for the customer.

What do I need

Experience in a relationship or business development role within a B2B or payments environment with strong frontline sales capability
Proven expertise in transaction banking (must-have) fintech or digital business banking solutions
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build and manage customer relationships effectively
Customer-focused with a practical solutions-driven approach and ability to operate in a collaborative environment
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance competing priorities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients
Role requires Sydney-based candidates with an expectation of working from the Chatswood office 3 days per week with flexibility around remaining days
