Ourprograms include mental health and crisis support suicide prevention theaccredited Domestic Violence ALERT program workplace wellbeing mentalhealth programs in high schools and community education.

We are seeking experienced and valuesdriven Trainersto deliver engaging participantcentered training across the Central West andFar West NSW.

About the Role

In this role you will deliver highqualitytraining to a range of audiences including professionals workplaces youth andcommunity groups. You will adapt your facilitation style to meet diverselearning needs while maintaining consistency quality and compliance acrossall sessions.

Depending on your experience you may alsocontribute to the review and continuous improvement of training content.

KeyResponsibilities

• Deliver training facetoface online and onsite
• Adapt delivery methods to suit diverse learning styles and participant needs
• Use digital tools and elearning platforms to enhance learning outcomes
• Evaluate training effectiveness and participant outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
• Uphold Lifeline Central West values policies and WHS requirements
• Participate in ongoing professional development

About You

• Proven experience delivering training or facilitating adult and youth learning
• Confident communicator with strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Wellorganised with strong timemanagement skills
• Committed to continuous learning and professional development
• Comfortable working with diverse groups and sensitive subject matter

Qualifications& Experience

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
  (Essential for DV ALERT delivery and highly regarded for all roles)
• Relevant vocational qualification in the subject area (desirable)
• Experience with elearning platforms and blended delivery (desirable)
• Understanding of mental health and recoveryoriented practice (advantageous)

EssentialRequirements

• National Criminal Record Check (NCRC) clearance
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) where required
• Current Australian work rights
• Current drivers licence and ability to travel
