Astleys is a plumbing and hardware store located in Dubbo specialising in Plumbing Hardware Plaster Industrial & Bathroom & Kitchen supplies. The Astleys business has approximately 35 employees and services Dubbo and majority of the Western NSW. There arent many buildings in the Dubbo area that Astleys havent contributed to in some way.

About the Opportunity:

As the Trade Counter Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with product selection sales enquiries quotations and order processing. You will be a self-driven organised and enthusiastic individual who enjoys building strong customer relationships and delivering a high standard of service.

About You:

• Proven experience in a customer service sales or trade counter environment.
• Strong customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional phone manner and exceptional email etiquette.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Current Drivers licence
