About the Opportunity

Were looking for a Trade Activation Manager to drive state-based promotional programs and category initiatives that deliver strong commercial outcomes. Youll collaborate with internal teams and retailers to execute impactful activations optimise category performance and strengthen customer loyalty in a competitive market

In this Role

• Execute national and state promotional strategies across key categories
• Deliver high-impact activations including seasonal campaigns and major launches
• Use insights and analytics to optimise sales margins and category growth
• Engage retailers through targeted programs and initiatives
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers retailers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
• Analyse and report on category performance and growth opportunities
• Collaborate across buying logistics and retail operations teams
• Support stock planning and minimise waste through effective execution

What are we looking for

• Experience in FMCG retail or category/buying roles
• Strong understanding of promotional mechanics pricing and category management
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to influence present and drive outcomes
• Experience working in cross-functional environments
• Understanding of retail environments and supply chain operations
