Were seeking a driven Trade Account Manager to grow Hudsons Mitre 10s presence across Sydneys Western Suburbs. Youll have the freedom to build your own territory identify new opportunities and turn prospects into loyal trade customers backed by one of Australias most recognised brands in hardware and building supplies.

This is a true field-based sales role. Youll spend your time meeting builders contractors and trade professionals uncovering opportunities winning new accounts and making a direct impact on revenue growth.

What Youll Be Doing

• Identify prospect and win new trade customers across your territory
• Build relationships with builders contractors and trade professionals
• Generate opportunities through networking referrals site visits and cold calling
• Manage the sales cycle from first contact through to account activation
• Prepare quotes negotiate outcomes and deliver tailored solutions
• Grow market share expand customer spend and exceed sales targets

What Youll Bring

• Proven success in business development territory sales or account acquisition
• Confidence prospecting negotiating and closing new business
• A strong track record of building customer relationships and driving growth
• Experience within hardware timber building materials construction or a related industry (highly regarded)
• A self-motivated results-driven approach with the ability to work autonomously
• A current drivers licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
