TRACTOR OPERATOR MELBOURNE

TEKK Group is currently seeking an experienced Tractor Operator to join our casual workforce for an upcoming project based in Ferntree Gully Melbourne.

This is a great opportunity for someone with machinery experience who enjoys working outdoors and is looking for immediate work with the potential for ongoing opportunities.

• Operating tractors and other plant and machinery
• Assisting with turf renovation scarification and top-dressing works
• Supporting sports ground maintenance and construction projects
• Assisting with drainage and irrigation works
• General civil landscaping and open-space works
• General labouring and site support as required
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a professional team

• Location: Ferntree Gully Melbourne VIC
• Pay Rate: $38/hr casual
• Hours: Standard 7.6-hour days
• Overtime: Regular overtime available
• Overtime penalties apply for:
  • Hours worked over 10 hours per day
  • Hours worked outside 6am6pm Monday to Friday
  • Hours worked over 76 hours per fortnight
• Duration: Initial 3-week project with potential for ongoing work
• Accommodation: Not provided employees will return home each day

• Current C Class Drivers Licence essential
• Previous tractor plant agricultural machinery or similar operating experience
• HR Licence highly regarded
• White Card highly regarded
• Australian working rights
• Strong commitment to safety
• Reliable punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors and travelling to different project locations
