About the Employer
Our client is an established engineering construction and operations business delivering transport building water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.

The Opportunity
Keep workforce attendance and site records accurate across construction and precast operations in Adelaides northern suburbs. This site-based role connects supervisors payroll and human-resources teams.

Your Work
Maintain daily attendance timesheets approvals rosters and workforce groups in the time-and-attendance system.
Investigate missing or inconsistent entries and resolve payroll queries.
Update safety documentation competency evidence and training registers across project sites.
Prepare reliable records for audits and identify recurring data issues.
Coordinate updates with site teams while meeting payroll deadlines.

Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Experience in site or workforce administration time-and-attendance or a related payroll role.
Ability to manage timesheets rosters and discrepancies accurately.
Strong Excel organisation communication and problem-solving skills.
Dayforce or similar system experience is desirable; construction or large-workforce exposure is valued.
Current driver licence reliable vehicle and construction White Card.
Availability to work across project locations as required.
