Time Capture Administrator
Job Summary
The opportunity
We are looking for a detail focused Time Capture Administrator to join our Energy and Utilities team within the Support Services Hub.
In this role you will support accurate timesheet processing and payroll outcomes across operational sites. You will work closely with Site Coordinators supervisors and payroll teams to ensure workforce data is complete accurate and submitted on time.
This is a Perth based opportunity working from our CBD located office with flexible working arrangements up for discussion during the recruitment process.
Key responsibilities include
Review and validate employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness
Monitor timesheet submissions to meet payroll deadlines
Investigate and resolve discrepancies such as missing approvals or incorrect hours
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
Support payroll processing through accurate data preparation in Kronos
Manage all requests through the ServiceNow platform
Maintain accurate records and ensure service level agreements are met
Identify risks and escalate issues impacting payroll timelines
Contribute to process improvement and system optimisation
What we are looking for
Experience in payroll administration or workforce time capture
Strong understanding of timesheet processing and payroll inputs
Experience with systems such as Kronos WebTimes or similar
High attention to detail and accuracy with workforce data
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
Ability to work to deadlines in a high volume environment
Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar workflow tools is desirable
