Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the QA team in planning execution and delivery of functional regression integration and end-to-end testing.
Design develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
Define and implement automation strategies for web applications across multiple browsers and platforms.
Collaborate with Product Owners Business Analysts and Development teams to understand business and technical requirements.
Review functional requirements and create comprehensive test strategies test plans and test cases.
Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Azure DevOps GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Execute API testing using REST APIs and automation tools where applicable.
Monitor automation execution analyze failures and provide actionable reports to stakeholders.
Drive defect management activities including defect triage root cause analysis and resolution tracking.
Ensure automation scripts are maintainable reusable and aligned with project standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Backlog Grooming Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Support production validation release verification and post-deployment testing.
