As a Test Analystyoullplayan important rolein ensuring the quality performance and reliability of the technology solutions that support our members. Working as part of a collaborative delivery environmentyoullplan and execute testing across the full testing lifecycleidentifyand manage defects andprovideclear insights into system quality.

From reviewing requirements and developing test plans through to executing test scripts and supporting implementationyoulltake ownership of your testing activities and work closely with developers Business Analysts Delivery Leads and subject matter experts to deliver quality outcomes.This is a 12 months max term opportunity.

Your day to day

• Develop test plans test casesscriptsand clear supporting test documentation across functional integration regression end-to-end and data validation testing

• Work closely with Agile delivery teams across requirements analysis backlogrefinementand sprint planning to understand testing needs andidentifypotential gaps

• Execute testing across web applications APIs databases batchprocessesand system integrations

• Create and manage test data systemaccessand testing environments

• Identify record investigate and track defects through to resolution including validating data and issues across multiple systems

• Gather testing evidence and provide clear reporting on progress riskscoverageand system quality

• Support test closure activities stakeholder sign-off and post-implementation defect reviews

About you
Youresomeone who enjoys getting into the detail asking the rightquestionsand making sure technology works as intended before it reaches our members and people. You can take a set of requirements translate them into a clear testingapproachand confidently manage your activities from planning through to completion.

Youreorganised analytical and comfortable working independently but you also know that great testing relies on strong collaboration. Whetheryoureclarifying requirements discussing a defect with adeveloperor sharing testing insights with stakeholders you communicate clearly and bring a practical solutions-focused approach.Youllalso bring:

• Experience across test planning test execution defectmanagementand test reporting with strong test design skills and the ability to create andmaintaineffective test cases and documentation

• Proven experience working in Agile delivery teams including backlog refinement sprintplanningand requirements analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex issues across multiple systems

• Experience using testing and delivery tools such as Jira Confluence and Zephyrandthe ability toexecute SQL queries tovalidatedata and investigate defects

• Experience testing web applications APIs databases batchprocessesand system integrations including API testing tools such as Postman Bruno Swagger or similar

• Experience in test automation ideally using Selenium with C# and BDD frameworks such asSpecFlow

• Exposure to Playwright modern automation frameworks AI-assisted testingtoolsor emerging automation technologies would beadvantageous
