As aTerritory Manager youll be at the frontline of our growth strategy creating new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. Youll collaborate with a talented and supportive team to deliver customised value-driven packaging solutions.

In this role you will:

• Proactively developing new business opportunities through the attraction of new small to medium customers
• Maintaining and growing sales / gross margin within the existing small-medium customer base.
• Continually identifying and negotiating new business opportunities and aggressively pursuing profit targets
• Maintaining internal relationships while spending a significant time out of the office
• Technical product knowledge and applying this to developing the sale offerings

Ideally you will have:

• Proven sales experience preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG.
• Experience in cold calling including building relationships across industry / market stakeholders
• Previous experience in the packaging or distribution industries is desirable
• Collaborative Self-starter with a strong desire to drive customer excellence
• Resilient takes a lead with accountability and ownership
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at every level from the warehouse to the boardroom.
• A curious mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
