This is a great opportunity to be part of the worlds largest bulk export port authority encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton Dampier Port Hedland and Varanus Island and five future port sites. The Terminal Planner Pilbara East is responsible for coordinating and scheduling short- and long-term terminal activities including vessel scheduling across Pilbara Ports managed terminals. You will ensure the efficient use of berths laydowns and resources while maintaining a strong focus on safety operational efficiency and service delivery across multiple cargo types.

Reporting to the Terminal Operations Principal East the role will collaborate with internal teams contractors and port users ensuring scheduling activities align with berthing protocols operational requirements and regulatory obligations.

About You

You are an experienced planning professional with demonstrated capability in vessel /shipping planning and scheduling across geographical dispersed locations with a strong commitment to safety.

You are a collaborative and excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You build effective relationships with stakeholders contractors and port users confidently providing advice and insights while using data and systems to monitor performance generate reports and drive continuous improvement.
