This is a great opportunity to be part of the worlds largest bulk export port authority encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton Dampier Port Hedland and Varanus Island and five future port sites. You will be responsible for leading the Level 1 and Level 2Service Desk team delivering Desktop and Enterprise Application support with a strong focus on customer experience continuous improvement and service performance.
About You

Your experience leading a Service Desk (Level 1/2) including incident/request management escalations and service communications in an operational environment will contribute to your success in this role. You will be the type of person who has a strong sense of ownership and urgency with a hands-on approach to resolving issues and removing blockers for the team.
