We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager Program and Project Management to deliver Corporate Real Estate (CRE) technology programs and projects for our clients to join our JLL Technologies Program and Project Management Team in Australia. As Technical Program Manager youll have responsibility for working with clients real estate technology teams globally to develop a sound strategy and roadmap and to implement that roadmap through successful deployment of related technology programs and projects. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships leading assigned program(s) and ensuring all related processes run smoothly with project risks and issues managed effectively and proactively. The Technical Program Manager is accountable for quality on time and in-budget delivery. The Program and Project Management team is a client-facing team that specializes in delivery of complex CRE technology projects to JLLT clients. Must be an Australian citizen.
As a Technical Program Manager you will be directly responsible for:
- Work with members of the clients Real Estate business and technology teams globally to develop and deploy CRE technology related programs and projects. This includes providing input on roadmap and strategy to thoughtfully grow our program
- Effectively engage with senior-level stakeholders bringing strong executive presence to build trust and credibility at the senior table. Understand scope and expectations manage scope effectively facilitate alignment across competing priorities and negotiate outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations
- Perform high quality program and project management ensuring strong governance thorough documentation and efficient communication. (Project framework comprehensive project plan quality meeting minutes status updates risk management plan budget tracking and management scope management steering meetings)
- Proactively identify and plan for program/project risks. Effectively communicate with and influence senior stakeholders driving effective resolution to risks that become issues and expertly manage escalations to protect the client relationship and program outcomes.
- Ensure that the documentation related to projects is complete and provide key metrics allowing client leadership to make the right decisions
- Support development of continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure that tools and processes are constantly evolving to improve end user experience and adoption.

- Establish strong business relationships with key stakeholders bringing a consultative approach and sharing information around best practices and market trends to help drive stakeholder decision-making
- As the AI landscape evolves develop and direct the use of AI tools for reporting forecasting and risk signals knowing when to trust the output versus verify it so the teams time is spent on the judgment calls that drive customer outcomes rather than mechanical work

- A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution Masters degree preferred
- 10 Years of technology program and project management experience. PMP certified preferred. Agile experience a plus. (CSM certification)
- Deep experience implementing IWMS or other Corporate Real Estate technologies required ServiceNow experience strongly preferred
- Experience with corporate real estate functions highly desirable
- Experience defining and implementing AI solutions to drive efficiencies
- Ability to thrive in a high-pace environment
- Ability to work across global time zones as required
- Strong consultative skills
- Organizational prowess
- Strong executive presence; skilled at facilitating influencing and negotiating with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage escalations expertly staying composed under pressure diagnosing root cause quickly and driving resolution while protecting the client relationship
- Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to maintain excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
