RoleDescription:
As an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst you will be responsible forprovidingIT Support to users both based out of the officein Melbourneand working at Client or remote locations. You will also be responsible forensuring thatall IT devices are compliant with latest patches OEM supported OS/HW/SW.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. IT Support to users both based out of the office and working at Client or remote locations.

2. Install configure manage IT Infra covering all services managed bythe IT deptacross the region.

3. Ensure all IT devices are compliant with latest patchessignatures and software.

4. Provide new hire onboarding support (localonsite and remote over WebEx) to configure laptop and basic IT services.

5. Aligning to Service Support processes and working with stakeholders on this regard.

6. Prepare systems & infrastructure in alignment to IT and Information security guidelines.

7. Ensuring the systems in the locations are compliant with respect to Security KPIs.

8. HandlingIT audits and addressing the findings.

9. Assets inventory managementandrelated activities.

10. Co-ordination with vendors & service providers for obtaining equipment quotes based on project needs.

11. Working with stakeholders from Delivery Facilities Information Security Group Client Suppliers and Internal teams.

12. Identify areas of opportunitiesin IT serviceand develop a business case for review sign off and implement.

Skills /Competencies:

Essential:

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

Preferred:

• Business Continuity Management activities for the IT Infrastructure and services delivered from the location.

• Participate and provide inputs onbudgeting for IT Infrastructure at the location.

• Perform project management & implementation activities for new infrastructure setup or upgrade of existing infrastructure
