Requirements

The Role

Youll be the go-to technical expert supporting our install teams:

• Provide real-time support to electricians (phone/video/remote)
  

• Troubleshoot solar PV and battery system faults
  

• Support complex commissioning and technical escalations
  

• Review installs and provide best-practice solutions
  

• Identify recurring issues and improve processes
  

• Work closely with operations install teams and coordination
  

This role blends technical problem-solving communication and leadership.

About You

• A-grade electrical licence
  

• Strong solar PV and battery experience
  

• Confident in fault finding and troubleshooting
  

• Strong communicator able to guide teams under pressure
  

• Process-driven with a focus on quality and safety
  

• Organised and able to prioritise technical issues
  

Highly regarded:

• SAA accreditation / CEC exposure
  

• Experience mentoring supporting or training teams
