In this role youll:

The Technical Specialist ensures the stability performance and compliance of ticketing applications through proactive monitoring incident management and operational readiness activities. The role is accountable for maintaining configurations conducting testing and root cause analysis and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues. It also contributes to risk management reporting and continuous improvement while balancing operational support with system enhancements.
