Technical Product Owner Billing

ATCO Gas is modernising the systems that power our billing GIS and business applications and were looking for a Technical Product Owner - Billing who can turn complexity into clarity deliver systems our customers love and keep our critical platforms rock solid.

This is a role for someone who can sit comfortably at the crossroads of business vision technical detail and operational excellence.

Purpose of Your Role

As the Technical Product Owner for Billing youll be the connector the translator and the strategic driver behind our next generation billing and critical business platforms.

Youll work shoulder to shoulder with business stakeholders architects vendors and engineering teams to ensure our systems are secure scalable intuitive and future ready. And youll use data real insights to make smart decisions that lift performance and deliver value to our customers every single day.

Exposure & Experience Were Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or related field (required).

Background

• Proven experience in technical product ownership or functional leadership ideally across utilities metering or customer operations with a strong track record delivering and supporting complex application platforms.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity risk management and regulatory requirements for critical infrastructure.
• Skilled collaborator across crossfunctional teams with strong vendor management and technical assurance capability.
• Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and problemsolving skills.
