About the role

At Toll Group we move the businesses that move the world. As a Technical Product Manager you will play a critical role in leading endtoend delivery of global technology initiatives across complex enterprise environments. You will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing technical change programs ensuring successful rollout strong governance and clear stakeholder communication. A day in the life of a Technical Product Manager at Toll Group

• Plan and manage delivery schedules ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Lead global rollout and communication plans across multiple regions
• Lead the insourcing of CW1 capability in Toll to manage risks costs and quality
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams vendors and delivery partners
• Identify and mitigate risks dependencies and delivery challenges
• Provide clear reporting and updates to stakeholders and governance forums
• Oversee postimplementation validation and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications (desirable)
• Certification in PRINCE2 PMP Agile or similar (desirable)
• Relevant experience in technical or program delivery environments
• Exposure to enterprise IT services or global organisations
• Ability to work across multiple time zones when require

Skills & experience

• Proven experience delivering technical initiatives in complex environments using Cargowise 1
• Strong planning coordination and execution capability
• Experience with global technology rollouts and change management
• Solid understanding of release and deployment processes
• Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and reporting skills
• Strong problemsolving mindset with a focus on delivery outcomes
