What youll be doing

• Leading the technical direction of a modern cloud platform
• Designing scalable solutions and making architectural decisions
• Building new products and improving existing services
• Coaching and mentoring a talented engineering team
• Working closely with Product to shape what gets built not just how
• Leveraging modern AI development tools to improve engineering velocity

Tech youll be working with

• Ruby on Rails
• TypeScript
• React
• AWS
• CI/CD
• Modern engineering practices

Wed love to meet someone who

• Loves building software outside of work as much as inside it
• Has led technical decisions on production systems
• Is hands-on and still enjoys writing code
• Challenges ideas respectfully instead of simply agreeing
• Embraces AI-assisted development rather than fearing it
• Enjoys mentoring engineers and raising the bar
• Healthcare experience is a bonus not a requirement.
