Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customer business and operational stakeholders to understand business objectives and operational processes.
Elicit analyse validate and document functional and technical requirements.
Translate business requirements into user stories functional specifications process flows and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with the TDA and Solution Architects to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and enterprise architecture.
Work closely with development QA DevOps and Operations teams throughout delivery.
Perform impact analysis for change requests and enhancements.
Facilitate workshops requirement walkthroughs backlog grooming sprint planning and UAT sessions.
Support integration analysis across multiple systems and external interfaces.
Coordinate defect triage production support and post-release validation.
Maintain traceability from business requirements through solution design development testing and deployment.
Support release planning deployment readiness and operational transition activities.
