Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customer business and operational stakeholders to understand business objectives and operational processes.
• Elicit analyse validate and document functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories functional specifications process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the TDA and Solution Architects to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and enterprise architecture.
• Work closely with development QA DevOps and Operations teams throughout delivery.
• Perform impact analysis for change requests and enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops requirement walkthroughs backlog grooming sprint planning and UAT sessions.
• Support integration analysis across multiple systems and external interfaces.
• Coordinate defect triage production support and post-release validation.
• Maintain traceability from business requirements through solution design development testing and deployment.
• Support release planning deployment readiness and operational transition activities.
