Technical Agronomist

Whats on offerWere looking for an experienced Technical Agronomist to work with customers and the Ridley sales team to provide technical information and recommendations that enhance customer confidence in Ridleys fertiliser products (especially enhanced efficiency fertilisers liquids and blends) and the Nutrient Advantage is a unique opportunity to influence how agronomic knowledge is shared and applied - both internally and across the broader industry. Youll play a key role in strengthening capability improving decision-making tools and ensuring our agronomic advice remains practical relevant and science this role you will: Develop and maintain relationships with Customer Agronomists and Consultants. Grow sales of Ridleys differentiated product range (enhanced efficiency fertilisers liquids and blends). Work with the Customers to demonstrate the value purpose and benefits of proprietary products. Grow Nutrient Advantage sample volume and revenue and increase the number of samples that receive a recommendation. Provide Agronomy in Practice training and ensure trainees they are using NA and NA Pro. Maintain and update Nutrient Advantage rules logic and data tables.
