Do you thrive on building high-performing teams driving service excellence and making a genuine difference in your community Endeavour Foundation is seeking an experienced and values-driven Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations and be advocates of our clients in ourSupported Independent Living (SIL) services across four homes in the Gladstone region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to shape the future of disability support in the region. Youll play a pivotal role in empowering people with disability to live independently achieve their goals and enjoy meaningful lives while leading a dedicated team committed to person-centred care.

Known internally as a Team leader for the HOME division in Gladstone remit youll have the autonomy to lead the support to succeed and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of the people we support their families and your team.

Leading from the front youll oversee the day-to-day operations of four SIL homes ensuring safe high-quality person-centred services are delivered consistently.

You will:

• Lead coach and develop Site Supervisors and Support Workers to achieve excellence in service delivery
• Foster a positive inclusive and high-performing team culture
• Ensure compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards Framework
• Build strong relationships with clients families guardians and other key stakeholders
• Drive service quality continuous improvement and positive client outcomes
• Manage workforce planning and performance processes
• Oversee incident management risk mitigation and operational compliance
• Identify opportunities for service growth through meaningful community and client engagement
• Champion a culture where people feel respected supported and empowered

Youre an experienced people leader who combines strong operational capability with genuine compassion and a commitment to person-centred support.

Youll bring:

• Experience leading teams within disability SIL Home environment and residential care and have managed multiple homes.
• Strong knowledge of the NDIS and disability support sector
• A proven ability to build engaged teams and deliver quality service outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Sound problem-solving decision-making and operational management capabilities
• A growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement
• Qualifications in Disability Community Services or Human Services (desirable)

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
• Proven experience in managing 4 SIL homes of disability Support
• Required to commit to standard office hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Fridays and be onsite to support the clients and staff every day. Your day will consist of travel between the gladstone office and the SIL homes and if required for emergencies to be with a client in the community.
