Your Role as an Experienced Team Member

As a seasoned pro youll bring strong service skills and leadership potential to the table. Youll be:

• Leading by example setting the pace and supporting your teammates.
• Taking ownership of key stations - grill wrap dress bench floor or till.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences with confidence and efficiency.
• Assisting in training and mentoring new team members.
• Keeping the restaurant running smoothly with attention to detail.
