Part Time Shift Leader

We are looking for people that are looking for Part Time work with availabilities from 6:30am-1:30pm on Thursday Friday and Saturday.

At Guzman y Gomez we believe in authentic flavours and the power of food to bring people together. As a Shift Leader at GYG you will play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable dining experiences.

Your role will include:

• Team up with fellow managers to train lead coach and inspire your crew while keeping the energy high on every shift
• Champion a customer-first mindset by delivering standout service to both new faces and regular guests
• Maintaining high quality food safety cash handling cleaning and stock control
• Be a proud ambassador of GYG by making sure all crew members live and breathe our values policies and procedures
• Communicate clearly and confidently with the restaurant team to keep everyone aligned
• Be hands-on with managing labour and COGS to help drive a successful profitable store
• Oversee deliveries like a pro ensuring orders are accurate and match invoices

We appreciate diverse experience but specifically we are looking for candidates who have: 

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment 
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service 
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate 
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
