We are looking for a Team Leader to take ownership of our Northern Territory and Far North Queensland operations. This person will be responsible for safety service delivery customer relationships and overall regional performance. This role presents an ideal next step for an experienced leader looking to broaden their scope.

What will you be doing

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers across Northern Territory (NT) and Far North Queensland (FNQ).

  • Support growth and operational outcomes across Service Modernisation and New Business Solutions by ensuring strong delivery and customer confidence.

  • Monitor and report on team KPIs identifying performance trends and implementing corrective actions when required.

  • Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to support delivery of works.

  • Lead coach and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that supports engagement accountability and high performance.

  • Prioritise and actively promote a strong safety culture across all activities.

What are we looking for

  • Prior experience in a service operations technical or commercial role.

  • Demonstrated leadership capability.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Understanding of commercial drivers revenue management and operational performance.
