Team Leader Occupational Therapy

ORS Group is looking for a passionate Team Leader Occupational Therapy to guide and develop a high-performing OT team while delivering outstanding client outcomes across a diverse caseload.

As Team Leader you will:

• Lead mentor and support a team of Occupational Therapists
• Provide clinical guidance supervision and professional development
• Drive quality consistency and best practice across service delivery
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support team and business goals
• Contribute to service growth workforce planning and operational excellence

Were looking for someone who has:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong clinical experience within disability community or related settings
• Previous leadership supervision or mentoring experience
• Excellent communication organisation and relationship-building skills
• A passion for developing others and delivering person-centred care
