Fulton Hogan is proud to manage the Sydney Airport Grounds Maintenance Contract with a skilled team that perform works including; minor civil works guard rail repairs line marking pavement repairs landscaping vegetation management horticultural and arborist works litter collection street sweeping cleaning both Airside and landside locations at Sydney Airport.

Were looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the team in this hands-on leadership role where youll lead a crew to safely deliver a wide range of maintenance works ensuring quality outcomes and keeping to programme and client expectations. Youll play a key role in coordinating day-to-day activities supporting your crew and making sure work is completed efficiently and to the required standard.

What youll do

• Lead a crew to deliver maintenance works safely and efficiently
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities to meet programme quality and performance targets
• Support the delivery of maintenance works including inspections repairs and reactive tasks
• Monitor work progress identify issues early and implement practical solutions
• Communicate clearly with supervisors stakeholders and your team
• Maintain a safe compliant and well-organised work environment

What were looking for

Were looking for a Team Leader who brings experience in road maintenance civil construction or similar environments and understands how to lead crews in a live safety-critical setting. Youre confident coordinating work managing competing priorities and ensuring tasks are completed to standard.

You take a practical hands-on approach and lead from the front supporting your team solving problems and keeping work moving. Youre organised reliable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
