In this part-time role (30.4 hours per week) youll work as a part of our Perth Metro team located in Kelmscott to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.
You will make a difference by
- Leading coaching and supporting a high-performing team to deliver safe high-quality and child-centred services.
- Building the capability wellbeing and professional development of team members through effective supervision mentoring and performance management.
- Ensuring services are delivered in line with organisational policies funding requirements legislative obligations and best-practice frameworks.
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with children families communities and key stakeholders to improve outcomes and strengthen service integration.
- Monitoring service delivery resources and program performance to ensure positive outcomes for children young people and families.

- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills with a strong understanding of place-based practice and the ability to work collaboratively with communities services and partners to achieve shared outcomes.
- Sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex situations balance competing priorities and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment
- A commitment to strengths-based trauma-informed culturally safe and child-centred practice ensuring the needs and voices of children young people and families remain at the heart of service delivery.
