Job Summary

In this role youll:

Work as part of the Western Sealing team delivering bitumen sealing operations across regional NSW including initial seals and reseals on roads throughout the role will see you supervising and providing leadership to team members facilitating team processes and team development to meet agreed work plans. The role may be required to supervise minor contracts associated with the teams activities.

The role works under limited supervision and a high degree of autonomy. This is a permanent full time position based in Dubbo the successful candidate must live within 100km radius of Dubbo with requirement for extensive travel away from home throughout the year (living away from home allowance travel and accommodation will be paid).

About you


Youre a supportive Team Leader with broad experience in bitumen spray sealing. You have demonstrated experience in supervision of multi-disciplinary site teams. You have a motor vehicle drivers license white card and traffic control tickets or the willingness to obtain on employment.

Youll hold:

  • Current unrestricted NSW motor vehicle drivers license
  • Current Construction Industry White Card
  • Traffic control certification PWZ (Prepare a Work Zone Traffic Management Plan) is desirable but not an essential requirement for this position.
  • Willingness to undertake any legislated or internal licensing or ticketing requirements as directed
