About the role
The role of Team Leader Field Staff requires commitment to building and fostering a high performing team that is focused on delivering Community Gateways purpose and dedicated to providing a positive client experience.
The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and support to front-line staff ensuring the delivery of relevant quality and customer focused supports and services to Community Gateways clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership and support to a remote workforce.
- Ensures the delivery of relevant quality and customer focused supports and services to Community Gateways clients.
- Manage client feedback and complaints.
- Lead recruitment induction and training of field staff.
- Conduct regular and ongoing team meetings and one on ones.
- Fulfil out of hours and on call duties.
- Reinforce Community Gateways Purpose agreed behaviours and build a positive team culture.
About you
Essential:
- Demonstrated alignment to Community Gateways core values ofIntegrityCompassionAdaptabilityRespectand Teamwork.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and supporting teams to deliver relevant and quality supports and services.
- Superior customer service and engagement skills.
- Effective negotiation skills able to identify solutions and resolve issues in a way that maintains client satisfaction levels.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge and understanding of the disability and aged care sectors.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to work health and safety requirements.
The successful applicant will need (or be willing to obtain):
- Current Drivers License and willingness to travel between offices.
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Screening Check
