Job Summary

About the role

Lead the Event Operations team in delivering high-quality events functions and bookings support across the Citys key venues and precincts. This role oversees the planning coordination and delivery of major sport civic and community events while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and exceptional customer outcomes.

You will also play a key role in supporting event strategy delivery managing budgets and resources and driving continuous improvement across event operations.

About you

You bring strong experience in event management and team leadership with demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale events and manage multiple competing priorities.

You are a collaborative and solutions-focused leader with excellent stakeholder engagement communication and organisational skills supported by relevant tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience).

Whats on offer

  • Competitive Salary (from $104K) depending on your capabilities and experience 12% superannuation
  • Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week to October 2027
