About the role and where you will be working:
The role focus is the delivery of safe client centred and efficient services that produce the best quality service outcomes for our clients overall health & wellbeing. This will be achieved through collaboration with Home Care Operations division to support develop and grow Home Care Services
Your responsibilities will includebut not limited to:Grow Home Care services as measured in number of Home Care clients and service hours delivered.
Foster and actively contribute to a culture of continual improvement and make a lasting positive impact on the organisation its people and the community we serve.
Support Senior Management with the planning management and delivery of strategic outcomes for SCCWAs Strategic Plan and work collaboratively with employees to achieve those outcomes.
To provide leadership and direction to ensure all clients high-quality care that meet or exceed the requirements of the Aged Care Standards.
