Job Summary

- Lead motivate and support the team to achieve service delivery targets KPIs and quality outcomes.
- Foster a positive collaborative and client-centred team culture.
- Provide supervision coaching mentoring and performance management to team members.
- Support staff capability development through training feedback and ongoing professional support.
- Monitor service delivery and client outcomes identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and consultation on complex client matters and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen service coordination and client outcomes.
- Support the Manager with operational oversight and act in their absence as required.
Skills and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading teams within aged care community services health or allied health environments.
- Proven experience managing and developing staff performance in a fast-paced service environment.
- Strong understanding of aged care legislation compliance frameworks and quality standards.
- Ability to balance operational priorities with people leadership and client outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience supporting teams with complex client matters risk management and service escalations.
- Relevant qualifications in nursing social work occupational therapy psychology aged care community services or related discipline.
