Job Summary

  • Full Time Position (76 fortnightly hours)
  • Fixed Term Contract until 30 June 2027
  • $116003.00 per annum Super Salary Packaging*(toincreaseyour take home pay)
  • Located in Adelaide with regular travel to alternative RASA sites

Whowe arelookingfor

We are looking for an existing RASA employee with strong leadership and case management experience who can lead the Redress Support Service through a period of organisational change and continuous improvement. You will bring a trauma-responsive culturally safe and client-centred approach with the ability to support staff oversee service delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients with complex needs. Strong operational collaboration and program management skills will be essential to successfully lead the team and support the ongoing delivery of the service.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification (AQF Level 7) in Social Work Psychology or related discipline or demonstrated knowledge and competencies appropriate for the role
  • Extensive experience working with complex client matters
  • Experience in trauma-responsive practice.
  • Experience working with clients who have experienced Out-of-Home-Care

It would be a bonus if you have:

  • Experience in leadership and understanding of service provision
  • Experience in community engagement
  • Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities

What you will be doing

  • Lead and support the Redress Team to deliver high-quality trauma-responsive culturally safe and evidence-based services to clients.
  • Provide effective team leadership and operational management including staff rostering client waitlists outreach activities and HR IT and financial requirements.
  • Lead service delivery and case management processes including intake referrals advocacy counselling and collaboration with internal teams and external services.
  • Drive change and continuous improvement reviewing operational practices and adapting the Redress Team to organisational and service delivery changes.
  • Oversee program reporting data and compliance including accurate Pirkutu records program evaluation activity reporting and contractual requirements.
