About the role

As a Teaching Fellow (Health Science)youlljoin the School of Health Science and Clinical Practice whereyoulldeliver engaging learning experiences across theDiploma andBachelor of Health Science programs delivering engaging learning experiences in subjects such asUnderstanding Health Disease Prevention HumanStructure& Physiology1 & 2.

Youll combine outstanding teaching practice with digital capability learning design and innovation to create learning experiences that are flexible engaging andcentredaround student success.

Two full-time permanent positions: one based at our Flinders Street Campus in Melbourne and one at our Surry Hills Campus in Sydney.
Hybridwork arrangement:3 days on campus and 2 days online (negotiable)

Whatyoullbring

• MSc PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in the healthcare sector with the ability to apply industry knowledge to teaching and student learning.

• Strong facilitation skills across online and face-to-face learning environments

• Experience using learning technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching

• Confidence using or enthusiasm for adopting AI-enabled approaches in education

• Experience designing engaging learning and assessment activities

• A student-centredapproach to teaching and learning

• Strong communicationand collaboration skills

• A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional learning

• Relevant postgraduate qualifications (or working towards completion)
