Whatyoullbring

• PhD (completed or in progress) is highly preferred.

• Demonstratedexpertisein one or more core business disciplines such as Accounting Finance Marketing ManagementStrategyor Economics together with strong digital and analytical capabilities including the application of AI and technology-enabled decision-making.

• Current industry practice with the ability to integrate contemporary business responsible and sustainable business principles (including ethics ESG and governance) and best-practice learning and teaching approaches into the student experience.

• Strong facilitation skills across online and face-to-face learning environmentsin Higher Education

• Experience using learning technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching

• Confidence using or enthusiasm for adopting AI-enabled approaches in education

• Experience designing engaging learning and assessment activities

• A student-centredapproach to teaching and learning

• Strong communicationand collaboration skills

• A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional learning

• Relevant postgraduate qualifications (or working towards completion)
