GYG is on a mission to bring the flavours of Mexican food to every corner of Australia and we need great people to make that happen. As a Talent Partner youll manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of GYG restaurants spanning NSW and ACT hiring the Cooks Crew Shift Leaders and Restaurant Managers who bring our restaurants to life every day.

This is a high-volume high-impact role partnering closely with Operations leaders and building the kind of talent pipelines that let great restaurants run even better.

What youll bring

• Experience in high-volume recruitment whether in-house or agency - think retail hospitality call centres or customer service
• The ability to build genuine relationships quickly from a candidate whos never worked before to a Restaurant Manager interview
• A solutions mindset - when things get tricky youre the one people turn to
• The composure to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• Sharp attention to detail and confidence with recruitment tech (we work in SmartRecruiters and Workday and we leverage AI tools including Claude and Granola)
