Talent Acquisition Partner Technology

In this role you will:

• Partner with technology leaders to shape workforce plans that support current and future capability needs.
• Build trusted hiring partnerships that enable confident inclusive and timely recruitment decisions.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies that connect TAL with high-quality technology talent in competitive markets.
• Use market insights to influence hiring approaches talent pipelines and candidate engagement strategies.
• Strengthen TALs employer brand by delivering a thoughtful and compelling experience for technology candidates.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment outcomes through data insights and best-practice talent acquisition.

Qualifications :

• Bring proven talent acquisition experience across technology recruitment in in-house or agency environments.
• Build credibility with technology leaders and hiring teams through clear communication advice and influence.
• Use contemporary sourcing channels talent communities and market insights to engage diverse technology talent.
• Apply commercial judgement and data to support practical hiring decisions and strong recruitment outcomes.
• Deliver a positive candidate-centred experience while managing priorities and timelines with confidence.
• Work confidently with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office tools to support accurate efficient hiring activity.
