This is a hands-on end-to-end recruitment role whereyoullmanage multiple vacancies partner with stakeholders and deliver a seamless candidate and onboarding a key role in shaping the workforce that supports ourCollegecommunity.

Key Responsibilities
Own and coordinate end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio.
Partner with leaders to attract and secure high-quality talent.
Manage job ads candidatecommunicationand interview coordination.
Prepare contracts and support employment lifecycle processes.
Facilitateonboarding to ensure a smooth and professional start.
Support probation processes and key employee lifecycle milestones.
What You Bring
Experience in recruitment talentacquisitionor HR administration.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
High attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right.
Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A proactive solutions-focused mindset.
