About the Role

Werelooking for aTalent Acquisition Officerwho thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with leaders to find and hire great people.

This is a hands-on end-to-end recruitment role whereyoullmanage multiple vacancies partner with stakeholders and deliver a seamless candidate and onboarding a key role in shaping the workforce that supports ourCollegecommunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio.

• Partner with leaders to attract and secure high-quality talent.

• Manage job ads candidatecommunicationand interview coordination.

• Prepare contracts and support employment lifecycle processes.

• Facilitateonboarding to ensure a smooth and professional start.

• Support probation processes and key employee lifecycle milestones.
