Werelooking for an experienced and energeticend-to-endrecruiter to join our fast-paced Volume Recruitment this roleyoullprimarily recruit Specialised Carers for our residentiallocations playing a key part in helping us attract and hire quality talent.
Key responsibilitiesinclude:Resume screening and shortlist management;conducting phone interviews and candidate assessments;completing background and compliance checks; offering candidates; contract administration; building strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
About you:Minimum 3 years recruitment experience ideally within volume or temporary recruitmentcomfortable managing high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environmentstrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsWorking Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply provided you can commit to the full 6-month contract.

About you:Minimum 5 years recruitment experience proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders strong end-to-end recruitment capability and a proactive approach passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

Wereseeking an experienced recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition Advisors on an exciting project within the Dementia Support Australia portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate engagement and excels atidentifyingquality talent.
Key responsibilitiesinclude:reviewing and screening applications conducting candidate phone interviews providing recruitment support across the project
About you:Minimum 5 years recruitment experience strong candidate assessment and screening skills ability to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyand a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience
