As a result of an internal secondment within our Talent Acquisition team we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us until the end of 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns and contributing to strategic talent initiatives within a large and complex organisation.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver efficient professional and high-quality recruitment services across a broad portfolio of professional roles. You will play a key role in attracting and engaging top talent while ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

The Role involves:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for professional staff roles
  • Partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective talent solutions
  • Developing sourcing strategies and managing recruitment campaigns through platforms such as LinkedIn and SEEK
  • Preparing job briefs advertisements employment contracts and recruitment documentation
  • Providing expert advice to hiring managers and panels on recruitment processes interviews candidate management and offers
  • Coordinating shortlisting interviews and recruitment activities to ensure efficient and compliant outcomes
  • Supporting positive candidate experiences
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives talent projects and broader attraction and retention strategies

This fixed term role is fulltime at a HEW 6 Higher Education worker Level and is located at Callaghan Campus (Worimi and Awabakal land)
