Job Summary

About the role

Youll manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas partnering with hiring managers to deliver great hiring outcomes and a positive candidate experience.

This role is open to applications from candidates based in WA or Brisbane offering flexibility and the opportunity to work across diverse national recruitment projects.

This is a busy and varied role where youll:

  • Manage the full recruitment process from job brief through to onboarding
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and timelines
  • Run high-volume recruitment campaigns across different industries
  • Screen candidates coordinate interviews and complete reference checks
  • Build talent pipelines and engage with external networks and communities
  • Support new starters through the onboarding process
  • Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes over time
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and a strong employer brand

Qualifications :

About you

Were looking for someone who is confident organised and who thrives in a fast-moving high-volume environment.

Youll bring:

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment ideally in high-volume or bulk recruitment environments
  • Around 5 years recruitment experience (agency or internal)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders at once
  • Strong communication skills and a practical solutions-focused approach
  • Experience working across different job types industries or business units
  • A strong focus on delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Experience in the resources industrial or technical sectors (highly desirable)
  • Exposure to applicant tracking systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters)
