Temporary contract Kensington Store Support Centre Seasonal recruitment support

The Reject Shop is gearing up for a busy seasonal recruitment period and were looking for a Talent Acquisition Administration Assistant to join us on a temporary contract.

This role will support our Talent Acquisition team with employment contracts and basic recruitment administration helping keep a high-volume campaign moving accurately and efficiently.

If you have administration experience in a high-volume environment and can work accurately through repetitive tasks this is a practical short-term role supporting a busy seasonal campaign.

This role is based in our Kensington Store Support Centre and is 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

What youll be doing

• Preparing and processing employment contracts for seasonal team members.
• Completing basic recruitment administration to support the seasonal campaign.
• Keeping candidate and recruitment records accurate and up to date.
