Job Summary

The Systems Trainer will report to the Training Manager within the Indigo Change Management Team and play a key role in delivering training outcomes for the Indigo Program. Working closely with the broader Change Management Section and Agency Training teams the role will support the development and delivery of targeted learning solutions that enable successful adoption of new systems and ways of working. The Indigo Change Management Team provides change communications training and transition support to the Indigo Program through the embedded Indigo Change Management Team. The training capability within the Indigo Change Management Team consists of a Training Manager and supporting Systems Trainers who will collectively shape the direction of training and capability uplift for a strategically significant transformation program. As a Systems Trainer you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Training Manager by planning and executing the training strategy for the Program. Youll act as the vital link between the program and business working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure fit for purpose materials are developed to support adoption. Your focus will be to create and support the delivery of tailored training materials and strategies that enhance peoples capabilities and drive adoption.
The candidate must hold an active Baseline security clearance prior to commencement.

Requirements

The role will be responsible for but not limited to:
Innovate and lead creative training strategies under the guidance of the Training Manager to support digital transformation in a complex program environment ensuring readiness for the new system.
Collaborate with the Change Team to understand business requirements and assist in delivering change and training activities according to the overall Program schedule and approach
Support the evaluation and analysis of training from current state to future states to support the transition ensuring users are fully equipped
Craft engaging and fit for purpose training materials
Coordinate the training schedule to support change and business adoption activities
Support the delivery of training sessions both virtually and in-person aligning with the training schedule and program needs
Provide consistent reporting on training delivery uptake and success validating outcomes with end users and their leaders


Required Skills:

Key duties and responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Storage Engineer who has experience working in large complex ICT environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying configuring managing and tuning the departments storage systems at physical and virtual layers. The Senior Storage Engineer will also be responsible to deploy configure and manage Storage Area Network Switches as required. The successful candidate should have knowledge of new and emerging technologies to shape the future direction of the departments storage and data platforms. The role requires producing design documents build documents operations document handover and sharing of knowledge with other team members and mentoring junior team members. Essential criteria experience and knowledge in the design administration tuning and troubleshooting of one or more of the following storage systems: HPE 3PAR Primera Alletra Storage Systems NetApp E-Series Dell Data Domain Brocade Fabric Switches SANnav Scality Artesca to produce design build and operations documents for processes and procedures. communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills to work with skilled technical people including making presentations to staff and stakeholders and coaching staff. / Knowledge of following technology: Veeam Backup and Replication
