Job Summary
We are seeking a Systems Support who is passionate about leveraging technology tosupport business operations and drive continuous improvement. This is not a traditional IT support role; instead you will focus on understanding how systems data workflows and user interactions work together to enable efficient day-to-day operations across the business.
Working across multiple platforms you will identify opportunities to improve processes support users and collaborate closely with our external IT partner to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
This permanent part-time position offers approximately 20 hours per week across 34 days initially with the opportunity for hours to increase as the role and business continue to grow. The role is ideally suited to candidates seeking a long-term part-time opportunity including students undertaking relevant studies or professionals looking to build experience early in their career.
What Youll Do:
Act as the first point of contact for user support across core systems MRP HR IVMS Power Automate Power BI SharePoint HubSpot Xero 1Password.
Troubleshoot system issues coordinate escalations and minimise disruption to business operations.
Provide guidance and training to users on system functionality and best practices.
Support consistent and effective usage of systems across the business.
Assist with workflow automation reporting data integrity and system governance activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing systems processes and documentation.
Act as the internal champion and escalation point for our IT provider (first-line IT support).
Bridge communication between users and IT provider to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and in business context.
Support the setup distribution and lifecycle management of company devices and user access.
About You:
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and business systems.
Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage data reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with users and external providers.
Organised adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
Current drivers licence and reliable transport.
-Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and police check.
