Are you passionate about surfing and eager to share that passion with others URBNSURFSydney is searching for dedicated Surf Coaches to deliver high quality and exceptional surfing experiences for our guests.

Role Overview:

As a Surf Coach you will play a vital role in helping our guests catch their first wavesand refine their skills while facilitating their progression. You will help create unforgettable experiences in a vibrant positive work environment where enjoyment is at the core of what we do. Join our team and share your love for surfing!

Qualifications:

• Required: Surfing NSW Foundation (Level 1) Coach Working with Children check First Aid CPR and Ocean Safety Certificate.
• Experience: We welcome both current surf coaches and those without prior experience; however previous coaching experience particularly in surfing or sports is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our Surf Academy you will deliver engaging lessons for beginners atThe Bays and more advanced surfers at The Point in both group and privatesettings. Your role will include:

• Upholding the culture of URBNSURF Sydney by ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Keeping guests safe motivated and creating an enjoyable learning environment.

Compensation:
