What youll do
As a Support Worker within our Supported Community Living service youll support people living with disability to feel safe confident and empowered in their own homes and communities.
No two shifts will be the same. Youll provide person-centred support based on each customers individual goals preferences and needs helping them build everyday skills maintain meaningful relationships and enjoy greater choice and independence.
Youll join a supportive values-driven team committed to creating positive outcomes and standing alongside the people and communities we serve.

- Supporting customers with daily living needs and encouraging skill development for greater independence.
- Promoting community inclusion and respecting individual choice in all aspects of support.
- Assisting customers to achieve their physical emotional and social goals through tailored strategies.
- Building positive relationships with customers families colleagues and others involved in care.
What youll bring
To thrive in this role you will have:
- A minimum Certificate III in Individual Support Disability.
- Availability to work across a 24/7 roster including at least three full weekdays and two passive sleepover shifts each week.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and supportive relationships.
- Current and valid NDIS Worker Clearance Working with Children Clearance and First Aid certificate.
- A minimum P2 Australian drivers licence.
We would also love you to have:
- Knowledge of the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Active Support and person-centred practice.
- Mental health qualifications or relevant experience.
