Clients are located all over Sydney including:

• Bradbury NSW 2560
• Campbelltown NSW 2560
• Padstow NSW 2211
• Prestons NSW 2170
• Casula NSW 2170

Applicants must be willing to drive to these areas and surrounding suburbs as required.

The Role

As a support worker you are expected to provide support to a small group of clients across community access domestic assistance and personal care. Shifts are spread across Southwest Sydney suburbs and flexibility across locations is highly regarded.

Experience managing behaviours of concern is an advantage and all workers will be supported with guidance and supervision.

Estimated hours are 10 to 16 per week with strong potential to grow as we expand our presence in this area. Weekend availability is preferred!

Note: Due to participant preferences and nature of personal care involved in this role we are seeking applications from female support workers.

About You

• Experience in disability support or community services
• Female candidates preferred in line with client care requirements
• Full Australian Drivers Licence and access to your own vehicle
• Willing to travel across Southwest Sydney suburbs
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and First Aid/CPR certificate
• Calm adaptable and reliable with a flexible approach to rostering
