Clients are located all over Sydney including:

• Macquarie Park NSW 2113
• Hunters Hill NSW 2110
• Oatlands NSW 2117
• Pennant Hills NSW 2120
• Drummoyne NSW 2047
• Cromer NSW 2099

Applicants must be willing to drive to these areas and surrounding suburbs as required.

The Role

As a support worker you are expected to provide person centred support to a small group of clients across personal care domestic assistance community access and manual handling. One client in this group is a child requiring in-home support. Experience supporting children with disability is an advantage.

Shifts are available across AM and PM windows. Weekend availability is preferred. Estimated hours are 16 to 24 per week as clients come on with strong potential to grow toward a larger roster as we expand in this area.

Note: Due to participant preferences and nature of personal care involved in this role we are seeking applications from female support workers.

About You

• Experience in disability support or community services
• Female candidates only in line with client care requirements
• Full Australian Drivers Licence and access to your own vehicle
• Willing to travel locally across Macquarie Park Hunters Hill Oatlands Pennant Hills with Drummoyne and Cromer as potential stretch locations
• Comfortable performing personal care for both male and female clients
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and First Aid/CPR certificate
• Reliable consistent and flexible across AM and PM shifts
